Case Study: 
Human Connection in Digital Times

There are many ways in which mindfulness can be practised and structurally anchored in companies and teams. Our research project in collaboration with Radboud University has shown that short mindfulness-based methods at the beginning of virtual meetings increase the sense of connection within teams. The study with 17 teams from 12 companies also revealed that a "Moment to Arrive" and a "Check-In" significantly  improves the effectiveness of meetings.
