There are many ways in which mindfulness can be practised and structurally anchored in companies and teams. Our research project in collaboration with Radboud University has shown that short mindfulness-based methods at the beginning of virtual meetings increase the sense of connection within teams. The study with 17 teams from 12 companies also revealed that a "Moment to Arrive" and a "Check-In" significantly improves the effectiveness of meetings. Request the executive report of the study here.
